  Jacques Bermon Webster II, born April 30 1991, is popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott), an American musician, rapper and songwriter. The stage name he uses is that of his loved uncle and is also the first name of Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing deal for GOOD Music with Kanye West. Scott signed a joint-recording contract with Epic and T.I. He has signed with Epic and T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut album Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in 2013. The mixtape was then followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his debut album on the studio was the first album to feature the smash single "Antidote". His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first Billboard 200 number one album. Scott released Birds in the Trap: Sing McCKnight (2016) alongside Quavo under the name of Huncho Jack. In the year 2018, Astroworld was released to praise from the critics. It was the first album to feature his Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. In late 2019, Scott's label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. Following the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott became the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs debut at the top spot in less than a decade , in the year 2020.
