Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American comedian and actress, is also known as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. After moving to America her birthplace was in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents. Her career began as an actor for children. In AT&T commercials she played the role as Lily Adams (saleswoman) from 2013 until 2016 and into the year 2020. In addition to commercial appearances, she was a regular in the series of the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). She was also a regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). After being featured in the TV pilot unaired for New Warriors, Vayntrub also is the voice of Squirrel Girl on Marvel Rising. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. When she was just two, she immigrated with her parents to U.S. to escape antisemitism. She was able to settle in West Hollywood. She began performing in Mattel Barbie commercials at the age of five due in part to the family's financial troubles. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School. She was kicked out of her sophomore year and earned a GED. After that she was able to receive an Associate of Arts degree in Communication from University of California San Diego. She was a part of the Upright Citizens Brigade, and was a student of the art of improv comedy.
